Hi all! To prepare one of the most delicious Italian risottos, you need a minimum of ingredients. I cook for 2 servings. Let's start by peeling a small onion. You need to cut it into small cubes. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion in it. Add 200 grams of rice (arborio, carnaroli). Lightly fry the rice. Add 100 ml of dry white wine and let it evaporate. Gradually adding boiled water and stirring constantly, we prepare risotto in this way. The original recipe calls for this risotto to be cooked in vegetable broth. But personally, I like risotto cooked with water. You cook to your taste. Salt. 150 grams strawberries cut into cubes. When the rice is almost ready to eat, but it takes a few more minutes to fully cook, add the strawberries. If there is not enough liquid, then do not forget to pour water or broth.
