I Used:
200g Risotto Rice 140g Dried Mushroom
800ml Vegetable Stock 2 Cloves Of Garlic
1 Yellow Onion 50ml White Wine
50-60ml White Wine Fresh Parsley
50g Parmigiano Reggiano 2Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Cube Butter 50g (I hydrate them 30min in lukewarm water)
2Tbsp Olive Oil (I cooked them in 5min.)
(I cooked for 20min )
