Sometimes you just don't have the time to cook a sauce...yet you want a super flavourful plate of pasta. Then this recipe is for you. You need lovely sweet ripe tomatoes (Tomatoes need to be good otherwise won't give its full potential) and you will put it together with fresh basil a great olive oil...I always suggest that from Passo della Palomba...top it with burrata or stracciatella and BOOOOM you have a lunch to die for in 10mins flat...or less!
