Lemon Pasta with Cheese | Eat and Shine ☀️

Ingredients:
250 grams Pasta
1 cup Ricotta
1 cup Parmesan
1 Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
Salt
1/4 cup basil
Blackpepper
Red Pepper Flakes

Steps:
Boil pasta. Reserve a cup of boiling water.
Transfer cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest and pasta water in a pan.
Add salt and mix.
Add drained pasta to sauce. Transfer to plate.
Sprinkle with lemon zest, black pepper, basil and serve.
