2 pork loin, cut in ca 1inc (2,5cm) pieces. Salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, white vine vinegar 6 tblspoon. 6 stblspoon olive oil. 2 red onions, mix all up and keep minimum 30 minutes in refrigerator before grilling.
Hold grillsticks in water or vine mix in some herbs to get better taste and they wont burn on grill so fast.
