Shashlik Ingredients:
1/2 kg boneless chicken, cut in cubes
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 large tomato, cut in squares
2 large onions, cut in squares
1 green bell pepper, cut in squares
1 red bell pepper, cut in squares
Oil for shallow frying

Sauce Ingredients:
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
