For the Ground Meat Sauce;
500 g Ground lamb/beef/chicken
4 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Medium onions finely chopped Onions
3 cloves finely choppedGarlic
2 tospn Tomato paste
120 ml Beef Chicken Stock
2 Tomatoes
1 tsp Sugar
1 Bay leaves
1 Cinnamon Stick
3/4 tsp Salt to taste
1 tsp. Black pepper
1/3 cup Parsley
few fresh sprigs Thyme
For the béchamel sauce:
Butter: 50 g
Plain flour: 50 g
Milk: 500 ml
Salt: to taste
Black pepper: to taste
Nutmeg: 1/2 teaspoon
For pasta:
(You can buy or you can do it )
4 cups flour
4 eggs
3 tosp olive oil
1 tsp salt
For the assemble;
Grated mozzarella cheese
Bake at 180c for 30 minutes until top crust golden brown.
