INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 lbs boneless beef chuck roast meat
10.5 oz can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 packet or envelope of onion soup mix
1 cup water (exclude water if using a slow cooker)
*salt and pepper to taste if necessary
